Civil engineering projects are becoming increasingly integrated and complex, with stringent design and operational standards. Rising costs, tight budgets, tight implementation schedules, legal issues, environment and safety concerns are combining to generate a need to build local capacity for the sustainability of scheme investments. This, in turn, requires constant transfer of technology to local teams that are directly responsible for the success of projects. Our philosophy is to always ensure that, regardless of project size, we provide the required personnel, technical resources and drive to ensure project success through optimum project management and engineering. We do not take on a project except when we are fully equipped to ensure that the promoter meets or exceeds his set goals. |
